It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.— Mahatma Gandhi was an overseas project which presented the challenge of learning quickly (but as efficiently as possible) a new skill: working with CSS preprocessors (namely Compass).

Since I didn’t have any previous experience with Compass, I initially was too conscious of my abilities. In the end though, after much searching around the Compass documentation and github repository, best practices & patterns started to emerge and the stunning visuals that were given to me were translated in semantic HTML and effective, reusable Compass code.

The Healthleap team (recently acquired by health colossus is always really supportive and a pleasure to work with.

What I did

  • Coded given design in HTML/CSS, using Compass

Take a look *

* This website probably won't match my initial comps. That's OK though :)

Sorry, I'm currently not available for client work.

We're doing great stuff at Workable HR at the moment, so why don't you take a look?

Who am I?

I'm Zaharenia Atzitzikaki.

But you can call me Sugar.

I'm greek, hence the funny name. I'm also a hard-working web & mobile UI designer, always giving my best no matter the project.

Having over 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, I learned to be meticulously organized and fun to work with.

Working as a freelancer, helping developers and start-ups since January 2010, I'm no stranger to the fluidity of most real-life projects.

Why should you hire me? Because I'm a perfectionist that fusses over everything.

(see what I did here?)

Let's work together!
